FERN (DAISY)
We changed Daisy's name to Fern.  She only had the name Daisy for a few weeks, and we already had a Daisy in the family.  We are very happy with Fern.  She does not have a mean bone in her body.  Our two children visit frequently.  Each of them have two dogs and two young children.  She loves our grandsons and granddaughters and began to play with their dogs immediately.  We have a one year old hunting dog with a high energy level named Tess.  One of the reasons we wanted another dog was was to give Tess someone to play with and help her release some energy.  Mission accomplished.  We have two tired dogs at the end of each day.  Fern came with little to no obedience training, and also has a high energy level.  Training has been much less difficult after a day of running with another dog.  She beginning to be a more civilized dog. Thank you to everyone at your shelter for being so helpful with the adoption and what you do for all the animals at your shelter.  You are special people.

Hello,
We adopted Madison a small spunky kitten! Her name is still Madison because we enjoyed that name and it reminds us of a family member that lives in Madison, WI who we don't get to see very often! Madison is doing great in her new home she has a best friend named Anna who plays and snuggles with her also has taught her a few this along the way! She loves to sleep with us at night she snuggles up between our necks and shoulders! She is very sweet and can be very spunky at times! We love her soooo much and are so happy we found her!

Thanks

KORA (ASPEN)
You named her Aspen, but I've renamed her Kora, an Australian name often
given to their herding dogs. It means "companion." And this is what she
is quickly becoming to me. She is a lot of fun and good company...and in
spite of scratches and puncture wounds on my hands, arms and legs, we get
along just fine.

Sent some photos for your files.

Thanks for letting me have her. She sure is a joy.
