I think Duke has already made this his home.  He likes to be with us all day but can be trusted  to be left in  the house.  The first day we had to leave for 2 hours and he did not bother a thing even a pie on the counter.  He has bad breath and is a little aggressive to other dogs.  We are working on both of those.  You said he doesn't like dog cookies, but he sure likes the ones we have.  He is a real people dog, the more people to pet me the better.

Sawyer Update!

Just wanted to send you some pictures of Sawyer from the last few months.  He has turned into such a great dog, and he’s gotten even taller!

Violet is doing amazing! We absolutely love her. She is a great dog. Crate training is going really well. Puppy potty training is also going well. 1st vet appointment is on Wednesday. We are learning her favorite toys. Which happens to be a squeaky tire. We are thoroughly enjoying her.

Hey there! He is such a wonderful little puppy! We took him to "walk with the animals" from northwoods humane society and he was so good with the other dogs and he LOVES people! I am so happy we adopted him! Here is a few pictures!

Rambo formerly Ron!

Rambo is a very happy boy!  He gets to run around the farm everyday when John does chores.  The only time he's ever alone is when we go to town to get groceries or out on a date.  He's such a good baby.  He listens so well and loves to be outdoors, the only time he wants to be in the house is when he is sleeping!

Gracie at 5 Months!

Here is our Gracie at 5 1/2 months. She is quite the tiny little thing! LOL! I love this photo, Owen is holding up her right ear because that ear is not quite up yet like the left one. I tease her & tell her that her daddy is a Rottweiler, after I told her that her left ear went up! Maybe next I will tell her that her daddy is a beagle & the right ear will shoot right up! The other photo is Gracie trying to fit in the cat bed she used to sleep in! Not so much!

Sox!

Hi there - Sox has adapted so well.  We took her to our cabin near McGregor, MN on Lake Big Sandy last weekend.  It is a "cat heaven" log cabin with lots of huge windows to see all kinds of "nature" and a large screened in porch.  She loved it and even walked on the open beams!!! Scary but

she managed beautifully as did our previous cat, Cleo. It has an open loft which allows for a great viewing perch also.

Sometimes I think that she is a little lonely as you mentioned she has grown up with another cat and dog?  She took right to the cat litter box andeats well.  She's already 11 lbs. so I just give her a cup a day.  Her bowl is always empty in the a.m. but she never begs for food.  Loves to be

brushed and doesn't mind having her nails trimmed.  I see by her birthdate that it's the day after my husband's. Now there's 4 Libras in the family!
