Lightning now Eddie

We just wanted to say thank you for thinking of showing us Lightning! We love him! He did not seem to know his name so we did rename him to Eddie and he is already learning to respond to it. He is a great addition to our family! Thank you! Emily and Kyle Lehto

SAMS NEW HOME!

Hi all at HSBC

I think we really lucked out. Sam is a wonderful dog and it didn't take long for him to become a part of the family. Or better yet, we became his. He thinks he is a lap dog with our son Adam and his girlfriend.
He did well from the start, with the exception of him lifting his leg a few times in the house to mark his territory, he has been very good and he's feeling at home well enough, he's not marking anymore.
Sam is a very social dog with both people and other animals. Our son that has been away at college came home for Thanksgiving and brought his cat he rescued from the shelter in St Cloud. Sam really wanted to get to know her, but the cat would have nothing to do with him. A good friend of our other son Adam has been over quite a bit with his Black Lab Marley. He and Sam became good buds right away. The four of them spend hours on the trails near our house. Some of the pics I'm forwarding from Adams phone are out on the trail. One of them is Sam sound asleep after a hike with Adams hat over his head. (I couldn't tell what it was at first. I didn't want you to think we put a bag over his head).
So over all, we couldn't be happier and I really think Sam very happy being with us. We haven't done anything to see if he has been around guns or has hunted before. But I think we are going to find out "this dog don't hunt". But that OK he's a good addition to the family and it means he will probably get a baby sister in the spring. Sam will love the additional company at the house.

Cayla Claire

There is nothing as rewarding as hearing how the HSBC adopted pups are getting along.  We received an update on Cayla..here is what her new mom had to share...

"pics of the cutie patootie taking the crisp January air with her bud, Clarke. She gets cuter and more endearing every day. I love her madly."

BOO BOO and BART - happy at home

Boo boo and charlie (bart) are doing great. We couldn't be any happier with our decision to adopt them together. They are always with each other,  they lay together, play together and even take turns cleaning each other (so cute). Charlie (bart) has mellowed out quite a bit since bringing him into our home, he's a huge cuddle bug and is always looking for some lovin. Boo boo is getting big, and boy can she get crazy. Boo boo plays all the time (there is a arsenal of cat toys under our couch that we have to get back out once a week). We have found boo boo does not like to be left alone,  we left overnight about a month ago and she left some"treasures" on the couch.  This has only happen the one time so we are not worried.  These cats have brought us so much joy! Little boo boo has really taken to my 2 year old son.
Thank you so much!

Rango now Winston

We renamed Rango to Winston. He is a great addition to our family. He’s happy and friendly and loves to play. He is a smart dog. He learned quickly the boundaries of our yard, with invisible fence, and enjoys chasing the birds and tracking other wildlife all day long. We are working on learning to walk nicely on a lease. This is taking some time but he’s getting there.
We just love this dog. He’s great. And he loves us back.
Thanks for helping to bring him into our life.
Happy Holidays,
From The Olson’s

Nikkie now Chloe

Chloe :) Is doing amazing!! We love our big girl!! Of course we would LOVE to share pictures. She is the perfect addition to our family, I'm so glad we waited for her and drove, well worth every penny. Hope you are doing well.

Onsager Famliy.

Have a great day!!

ELYSSA

Elyssa is doing very well I had put a picture on Facebook with her new friend Phoebe ( American Bulldog ). They get along so well and run up and down the stairs chasing  each other. We are so glad we have her she fits so perfectly and has adapted in our home so well, she is a fierce hunter she has caught 2 mice and 1 bat that was a total shock and we have no idea where she found that.

Elyssa has filled that little void that was missing and so now our little family is complete. She is a little nervous around the grandchildren but when she warms up to them they carry her all over and when she is done playing she goes and takes a nap where no one can find her lol !!!!
Thank you soooo ..........much for her!
