Things are going well! Chip acclimated very well and he gets along with MacGyver. They have some moments of sibling rivalry, but that is to be expected and we are working on that. We have had some issues with him going potty in the house, but are working to modify that behavior and have been kenneling both dogs when we have to be gone for more than 30 minutes. They don't spend much time alone - usually about 4 hours a day at the most. He enjoys sleeping under the covers in our bed with his brother (MacGyver) - when it is time for bed both dogs jump in bed and run to the head of the bed to nose under the edge of the covers and burrow their way under. They both really enjoy their play time although we have had to remove a toy or two that seemed to be the favorite and caused some arguments. So far we think he is a good fit and our boys love him! He spends lots of snuggle time with everyone and he seems to really love the boys. If one person in the house is busy, he can always find another person lounging somewhere to snuggle up to. I have attached a picture of him and MacGyver laying in bed and watching the morning news as they like to do when I get ready for work. We will keep you posted on his progress!
