Blue's Update!

I wanted to write and thank you for taking such good care of me while I was at the Burnett County Humane Society!  I am enjoying my new home.  As you can see from the pictures, I appropriated a smaller animal bed to use as a pillow with my bed - I even rolled it up myself!  Mom rearranged the furniture a bit for me because I seem to like to sleep against the wall.  I have a big yard and there are LOTS of things to smell!  The house has many windows for me to look out of.  Sometimes mom and dad have to close the shade in the entry because I get so distracted looking out the window I can't eat my supper.  There are cows in a pasture next to us and I find them just fascinating.  I could look at them for hours.  Thanks again for taking care of me.  Mom and dad say I am the perfect dog!

Felix and Jake (Raj)!

Felix and Jake (Raj) are doing great.  We renamed Raj. :)  We love them already and they are giving us a lot of entertainment!  They get along wonderfully.  You would think they were actually blood brothers.  I have attached a couple of pictures. :)

Rosebud & Violet!

Rosebud and Violet are doing well.  We still have them segregated from our older cat.  I'm not sure they will ever be snuggle buddies, but we can hope.

They are doing great! They are so sweet and have melded into our family wonderfully! My kids love them, they love to throw the little cat toy balls around the house for them to chase. We are very happy with them. Thank you for approving us!

Blue!

Thanks for the extra information about Blue.  We LOVE her.  She is doing very well.  We took her to the vet today.  He was a little concerned about her incision and did not think it was ready for the stitches to come out yet.  She was not running a temp, but he gave us an antibiotic as a preventative.  The incision is still draining a little bit, but he thinks it will heal up and the stitches will be ready to be taken out next week.  Everyone at the vet commented on how pretty she is.  She seemed very nervous on the way there, but I think she was afraid we were going to take her somewhere and not bring her back.  She was much calmer on the way home and was very happy to get back in the house.  She is eating well and seems quite content.  It is nice to have a smiling dog around the house again!

Tank!

Tank is doing great.  He's in the horrible biting stage but otherwise he's gained about 10lbs and seems to be adding a pound a day.  We just got new cell phones so as soon as I get my pictures transferred I'll send you pictures.    Teresa

Follow-up:

Here are some pictures of Tank.   We have signed him up for puppy class which starts next week.  He's a loveable, handful.  He is very stubborn.  He's going to be a wonderful watchdog, he's very alert and doesn't bark.  He is however scared of any big dogs that bark at him, if they don't bark he's ok.

Tippie Toes now Annie!

I was just at my grandma's house Sunday. Tippie Toes is now Annie. They are very happy together!  Annie has every toy a dog could want and all the attention she deserves.  She has become close with patches and the cat. They play constantly.

Penny is doing great and is happy with her new home!!   She is eating good.   I wish we could say she is losing alot of weight but not yet.   We still have her on a diet and she is getting lots of exercise.    Penny says HI.

Joe Update!

Greetings-
We adopted last fall.
Just wanted to say what a nice addition to the family "Joe" has become.
He is a character - very playful with us, cats, donkeys,& other dogs he gets to visit.
He likes to run & play fetch. He likes to check on the Donkeys & run up & lick their noses.
He is a very good boy! He loves to be inside & sleep on the couch,in his kennel, sometimes on our bed!
