Didi!

Didi is right at home here. She walks great on her new pink leash ( loves walks), and has gotten use to her outside cable/leash. For such a tiny dog, she sure thinks she can shove her way around She pushes her way in front of Scout for treats and when it is time to go out or in. She is working on her manners ( jumping) and patience, she knows what "no" means and is doing really good.
The potty thing will take some time, she does well one day and not the next. She hides as soon as she has an accident. We think she was yelled at a lot because she will curl up against a wall whenever we go up to her after an accident. She is just starting to understand that going outside is for potty and not for bird watching or listening to all the sounds. The DVD is really helpful, we all watched it. Didi gets a hotdog slice and a lot of praise when she goes potty outside.
She is getting use to her crate when we leave. We put peanut butter on her rawhide and it keeps her pretty busy until we get out the door. I didn't want to crate her, but she hopped the gate in the hall and my son found her laying on the couch (pretty determined huh). Luckily, she used the puppy pad before she jumped. She doesn't go potty in her crate though, which helps with training.
She loves rawhides, following Scout, playing with her new toys, spinning in circles when excited, giving kisses and a lot of attention. She sleeps with my son at night, and lays next to him during the day when he does school. Scout has done so well with her, we are really proud of him. He gets annoyed with the puppy play and let's her know with a growl, but he lets her hangout by him and doesn't mind her eating out of his bowls or sleeping on his bed. She is smart and sweet and we love the little gate hopper!
Thank you gals for all you do!

P.S. We had a house full of people on Easter and she did great, a little nervous but very sweet.
